THE NEXT COOL THING at 1235 Chattahoochee Avenue, Atlanta, 30318

JANUARY 21-23, 2011

Hundreds of interior designers, film industry art department professionals, builders, suppliers and local manufacturers are busy  creating  sets for the most amazing display of creative collaboration for THE NEXT COOL THING.  This three day event will feature exhibits based on a film or television theme and showcase local talent and resources for the purpose of building the infrastructure  for the growing film and television industry as it explodes on to the scene spurred by the recent 30% tax incentives  for the State.

The Georgia Production Partnership (GPP) partnered with TO THE TRADE ONLY to create awareness nationally that Georgia is rich with local talent in addition to mild weather, fabulous shooting locations, an international airport and the production talent already located in the State.

The three day affair starts with a Red Carpet Cocktail event Friday, January 21, tickets $35. Tickets are available online. Saturday, January 22 and Sunday, January 23, the event is open to the general public during the day, $10 entry fee.
