WIFTA CALL FOR PSA VOLUNTEERS

We are excited to place a call to members of WIFTA who are interested in volunteering for this year’s PSA campaign.  We know that there are many members eager to participate and we can’t guarantee that there will be opportunities for everyone, but we encourage you to let us know your interest.  Please note that the director and production team will make their own decisions regarding crew and are not obligated to use only WIFTA members.Some positions that may need to be filled include:

Producer’s Assistant Art Director Line Producer Production Coordinator Assistant Director Director of Photography Assistant Camera Gaffer/ Electricians Key Grip/ Grips Swing Location Scout Teleprompter

Sound Mixer Makeup/Hair Props/Scenic                                   Wardrobe Video Assist Teleprompter Script Supervisor               Craft Service Catering Production Assistants Editor Animation/Graphic Design

If you have experience in any of the above categories, a special skill not listed above, or an interest in interning in one of the categories, we encourage you to email your letter of interest and resume to Shani Harris Peterson, Vice President of Professional Development, at vpprofdev@wifta.org.

Letters of interest will be accepted until noon on Friday, July 24, 2009.  Pre-production of the campaign will begin immediately, with the production taking place in early to mid-August.
