 2010/2011 Season

Rose of Athens Theatre invites you to celebrate live theater by attending our 2010/2011 yearly general auditions.

WHO: Auditions for actors and musicians, ages 9 and up.  There are more roles available for adults than for youth.

WHAT: Auditions for Frankenstein Lives!, Christmas Spirits Holiday Tour, Alice in Wonderland and As You Like It.

WHEN: Wednesday, August 25th from 6-9pm

WHERE: Historic Seney-Stovall Chapel, 201 North Milledge Ave, Athens, GA 30602.

WHY: Because you are interested in being cast for the 2010/2011 Season.

WHAT SHOULD YOU PREPARE?: Two one-minute contrasting monologues, one classical and one contemporary. Also, you may prepare 16 bars of music, instrumental or vocal.

Rose of Athens Theatre engages in nontraditional and colorblind casting.  Union actors, non-union actors, local performers and musical artists, and area youth.  Seen on our stages from Athens, Oconee County, New York City, Atlanta, Orlando and more are creative talents, working side-by-side, passionately creating great works for our audiences.
