Preparations have begun for the upcoming 4th Annual Shakespeare on the Lawn production of
The Comedy of Errors. Talent abounds in this cast of professionals, community members and students. Shakespeare’s hysterical “farce with a heart” twins separated at birth, mistaken identity, lost love and zany fun are just a few of the things you will experience in Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors. It is an event not to miss! Bring the whole family, a picnic and relax! The production runs June 13-17 on the lawn at historic Ashford Manor.  No Shame Athens returns on April 22nd…With a NEW twist! Introducing ongoing No Shame Staged Reading Series hosted by UGA Professor and Rose of Athens Theatre Associate Artist, John Patrick Bray. If you are interested in being cast and/or for any information regarding new play readings, contact John Patrick Bray- noshame@roseofathens.org. The first play reading will be DONKEY by John Patrick Bray on April 22nd at Hendershots on 1560 Oglethorpe Dr. (next to Transmet Pizza) Cast prep is at 6:30 PM and the show is at 7:00 PM.
