The FSU film school is having auditions here in Atlanta December 4th and 5th at the Alliance theatre for their graduate student thesis films. All films are non-paying but they will handle all travel and hotel accommodations as well as supply you with the film for the reel. I’ve attached the announcement to this posting and I’ve quoted more info below. Please contact the client directly:
There are 17, 10-15 minute short films that we are looking to cast for so this is a large opportunity for actors to build up their reel and showcase their talents. The films will be shot in Tallahassee as well as surrounding areas. I’ve attached our flier for the auditions, that will be held on Dec. 4-5, from 9-5, at the Alliance Theatre. Attached you will find 2 versions of the breakdowns for all of the shows; one of them is a list of all of them compiled together, the other is them on individual pages should you prefer to print it out that way. On these you will find the shooting dates for each of the shows.
We are requesting that emails regarding scheduling an audition are sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org by December 2nd. Like I said on the phone when the actors come in for the audition they can choose the sides for the movie they’re interested in reading for however later on they will be considered for all the films. The breakdowns are also available on breakdownexpress if any of the actors would like to check them out there. Also, the school will cover travel and lodging expenses for actors if they are cast however these are nonpaying roles seeing as they are student films. Let me know if you need any more info from me.
