4th ANNUAL WIFTI SHORT FILM SHOWCASE CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
Women in Film and Television Atlanta (WIFTA) presents the Women in Film and Television International (WIFTI) Short Film Showcase. The event will be held in March in Atlanta, Georgia, and is seeking independent short films. All genres – drama, comedy, action, sci-fi, animation, spiritual/gospel, and experimental are accepted.
Deadline: Friday, February 20, 2009Eligibility: Eligible works must have a woman director, producer, writer cinematographer, or lead character. Films must be shorts only (20 minutes or less)

Submission Format: DVD
Completion Date: Films must have been completed after January 1, 2006
Non-English Films: Non-English language films must have English subtitles.
Our projection format for final screening is DVD.
Please include with your submission: (1) a one page synopsis of the project (2) press kit materials/ crew breakdown, etc. if available (3) bios/photos of key personnel (4) date and name of venues previously screened (if applicable). Submissions will not be returned unless you provide a self-addressed stamped package with your submission.
Submission Fee for non-members is $25.00. We accept checks or money orders made payable to WIFTA.
