And Then They Came for Me: Remembering the World of Anne Frank
We are happy to invite you to a Public Performance of the powerful, multi-media Holocaust drama And Then They Came for Me: Remembering the World of Anne Frank this Sunday, March 10th at 7pm. Tickets are only $8.
About the Show

Written by James Still, and based on the book Eva’s Story by Eva Geiringer Schloss, And Then They Came for Me: Remembering the World of Anne Frank tells the captivating and heart-wrenching tales of the hidden children of the Holocaust. The play weaves the story of Anne Frank with those of Eva Geiringer and Ed Silverberg – two of her childhood friends. Eva’s story is one of hiding and eventual capture by the Nazis. Ed was able to run from the Nazis throughout the War.

Though all three children had very different experiences during World War Two, they are connected by their stories of friendship, love, and the struggle for survival. During this multi-media production, Ed and Eva tell their stories through filmed interviews while actors portray them as children during the Holocaust, creating a moving experience that audiences treasure long after the performance.

Hailed as being a production that “will stay with you for the rest of your life.” by The Indianapolis Star, we hope that you join us for this inspiring story of survival.

Sincerely,
Georgia Ensemble Theatre
